Lin’s work repositions classical literature into contemporized cross-cultural narratives. The multivalent reimagination explores the inadequacies of translation and representation within different cultures and eras, while also expressing ideas of diaspora, memory, and sexuality.

Her work has been exhibited in museums such as Queens Museum of Art, NY; Bronx Museum of Art, NY; Chazen Museum of Art, WI; Guangdong Museum of Art, China and Gwangju Museum of Art, Korea; and galleries work throughout Taiwan, Austria, Germany, United Kingdom, Thailand, and the United States. Lin has been awarded Elizabeth Canfield Hicks Award, Sanyu Scholarships, and has participated with NYFA Immigrant Artist Projects, Fountainhead residency as well as the AIM program from the Bronx Museum of Art. Lin currently lives and works in New York.
