Anika Tenneti

Anika Tenneti is an avid Indian-American poet. Recently, she has started to deeply explore themes of family and cultural identity. Some of her previous works—which speak more broadly about the human experience—have appeared or are forthcoming in anthologies such as Crow & Cross Keys, Cargoes, and Sheepshead Review, have received recognition from The Poetry Society of Virginia, and have been self-published in several chapbooks. When she is not writing, she enjoys learning about various scientific concepts, volunteering in her community, and doing origami.
