Raina Briggs is a painter and tattooer currently working and living in Albany, New York. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Art from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. She also studied Visual and Critical Studies at The School of Visual Arts in New York City, as well as Painting at the New York Studio School.
